On Top of the World
Today was certainly the best day so far in terms of weather. Blue skies, not a cloud in sight; in fact, t-shirt and shorts weather.
Group E walked to the top of Glaramara (the mountain, not the centre!) and were rewarded with a complete 360 degree panorama of the Lake District. We also witnessed a Cumbrian shepherd working his five dogs on the steep sides of the valley. The children are looking forward to tonight's concert and the Borrowdale Challenge tomorrow.
