If you ask Mr Bedford what he does at Arnold he is likely to say that he is doing missionary work in the county from his beloved Yorkshire! A Sheffield man through and through he is a keen follower of Wednesday as well as supporting Wigan RLC.

He is also heavily involved in school rugby; he has been part of the coaching staff for many years, and works closely with the English Schools RFU in the organisation of county rugby - Lancashire that is!

Although Mr Bedford teaches mostly business studies, he has also taught economics and history. As Head of School House, he is keen to encourage participation in sport no matter what the standard.
