After completing her nursing studies Ms Hotchkiss began her career at Lawrence House Prep School as Assistant Matron and then went on to become House Mother. She Joined Arnold after working for twelve years at Blackpool Education Authority.
Ms Hotchkiss has extensive qualifications in Special Educational Needs, specialising in Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
Matron has a long standing family connection with Arnold. Her grandmother was catering officer at Arnold for fifteen years and her mother was former Headmaster, Cameron Cochrane's House keeper.
