Nicola graduated from the University of Manchester in 2004 with an honours degree in Biological Science and took her PGCE at St Martins College, Lancaster. On graduation, she visited America, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia and also aided tsunami victims as a volunteer for 'Tsunami Relief' in Thailand.
Nicola joined Arnold from St Mary's Catholic College where she was a teacher of science.
