After completing her education at the Queen's School, Chester, Miss Church went on to study music at Surrey University. She took her PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan University before teaching piano and other instruments in Kenya, Birkenhead and Knowsley. However, she doesn't say where the most fearsome wildlife was!
