Fomer pupils that have lost contact with the school (contd.)
The School and the Old Arnoldians Association have lost contact with a large number of former pupils and would love to hear from them all, although not all at the same time! After a lot of research, a list (List B - see below) has been compiled of all known former pupils for whom we do not have current contact details. At the foot of List B is List C - these OAs data still needs a little research!
Give or take a hundred or so, there have been 10,800 pupils passing through the gates of Arnold School in the past 110 years. Around 7850 names are on Arnoldians Online, the FREE online networking system and Database that enables all former pupils to keep in touch with each other, School and the Old Arnoldians Association.
This list is currently updated each February and there are approximately 3,550 names and where possible years at School. We are aware that there may be an Old Arnoldian on the list who may be deceased and if this is the case, our belated condolences. If you contact Adrian Wallace, Foundation Secretary at foundationsecretary@arnoldschool.com or telephone 01253 336279 he will amend the database.
It takes time to use a new system to its full capability and it will take time to encourage every Old Arnoldian to use the system, but if you are an Old Boy or Girl, you can help now by registering. Better still, if you recognise someone else on the List, ask them to register as well.
