Mr Davey comes from a very sporting family, with a grandfather who played rugby for Wales, a sister who was a national cycling champion, and a mother who still runs marathons! Unsurprisingly sport is one of his passions, having been a top cyclist as a boy before injury affected his progress. He is also a qualified rugby union referee and athletics coach.
Now Head of History, Mr Davey has been Deputy Head of Lower School and an Officer in the CCF - first in the Army Section and them in the RAF - and has been involved in the D of E Award scheme.
