Scaling the Heights

The children were literally climbing the walls this morning as we took them to an indoor climbing centre near Penrith.

The windy and cold weather stopped us going out on the natural rockface climbs but this didn't dampen spirits. The children climbed and belayed for each other and attempted some challenging overhangs.

They have just finished lunch and are preparing for their final activity; The Borrowdale Challenge!!
