In Celebration of 36 years of the ALLC
Students at the Fashion Show
The Clothes Show Live at the NEC Birmingham Arena provided an ideal opportunity for art students with an interest in fashion, to gain an insight into an industry where photographers, artists and designers flourish.
The highlight of the trip was being seated in the Fashion Theatre, in front of the world’s largest catwalk stage. The show featured over 45 hand-picked models and dancers showcasing the latest high-street looks and trends for 2009. There was also an opportunity to purchase clothing from the various stalls and displays!
Students took cameras and sketchpads to record thoughts, feelings, inspirations and ideas.
