Carribean Ball a huge success
Last Friday saw over 260 people enjoy a quite breathtaking Caribbean Ball in the sponsors' lounge at Blackpool FC.
The event had been completely organised by many of the parents whose boys are travelling on the cricket tour to Grenada next April. Attending the event were many members of the Arnold School community but also over 150 local business people from the local area.
The guests were greeted by swing singer, Richard Daniels, before they all enjoyed a fantastic meal. A raffle and auction were then followed by entertainment provided by Explosive Entertainment who dazzled those present with some memorable songs and dance numbers. During the evening the guests were further entertained by a magician who went around all 26 tables with his wonderul array of card tricks and Steve Smith of Creative Designs gave all of the guests the opportunity to have a high quality photo from the evening.
All of the parents involved in the evening should be extremely proud as it was a flawless occasion, superbly attended, wonderfully entertaining and a successful fundraiser for their sons' cricket tour.
