Catering at Arnold
I write to introduce myself: I was appointed just before the summer holidays as Arnold's new catering manager. Prior to this, I have served 22 years in the Royal Navy and left as a Chief Petty Officer, having prepared food for a wide range of people, including various dignitaries and royalty. I have also successfully taught several young, aspiring chefs to City and Guilds standard. Since I was well aware of Arnold's excellent reputation in the region, I was thrilled and honoured to be offered the post. I am passionate about food and am fully committed to ensuring that our kitchens provide a wide choice of consistently high quality, homemade dishes.
Please find below a link to our menus for the coming weeks, and you will note that all our dishes are freshly made in our own kitchens each day. And this is not all. Daily we offer a fully stocked Salad Bar, a Soup of the Day, freshly prepared sandwiches, as well as an additional Dish of the Day, to give pupils even more choice.
