Biology is an ever changing subject! Recent advances in DNA technology and molecular science have transformed the way we think. The department believes in the educational value of biology over and above its value as a preparation for a career. Our aim is to make our students aware of the exciting possibilities and send them out well qualified, informed and enthusiastic about biology.
