Arnold Adventurers
Cadets from all three sections of our Combined Cadet Force took part in an adventure training weekend based at Almond Lodge.
They started by taking on two separate climbs at Shepherd’s Crag, Borrowdale, and enjoyed fantastic weather after a very wet Friday. The group then moved on to the indoor climbing centre at Keswick to complete some graded climbs before finishing in the ‘bouldering’ room.
Unfortunately, more rain on Sunday cut short the activities but a tired group of cadets were satisfied with their efforts.
